Mission & Science Communication
On-location interview and production work at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, translating complex astronomy and mission science into clear, engaging visual storytelling.
Brand systems, campaigns and visual storytelling built from concept through execution.
One brand built as a complete system—from strategy and identity through packaging, campaign, digital, retail and motion.
RENDER was developed to show how an idea becomes a working brand ecosystem. The project connects creative direction, design systems and execution across every major customer touchpoint rather than presenting isolated portfolio pieces.
Full project includes case-study films, packaging, retail, print, digital, product imagery and brand standards.
Selected professional work showing the range behind the portfolio—from technical and broadcast environments to product storytelling, campaign execution and real-world creative direction.

Product B-roll and lifestyle footage produced for a QVC broadcast featuring a National Geographic–licensed Explore Scientific telescope, supporting the live sales presentation with real-world product storytelling.
Campaign work spanning talent direction, location production and polished content created for real audiences, platforms and business objectives.
Strong creative work is shaped long before the final frame. This behind-the-scenes piece looks at the planning, direction, collaboration and production decisions that turn an idea into finished work.

Real-World Work · Real ProductionA selected reel spanning commercial, branded, broadcast and campaign work. Motion is one part of a broader art-direction practice—another way ideas, visual systems and stories come to life.
My background in motion adds another dimension to the design and brand work: directing talent, shaping pacing and story, building visual continuity and carrying a creative idea from static systems into time-based experiences.
The broader portfolio shows the design foundation behind the current work—spanning packaging, identity, national print, catalogs, point-of-sale, retail display and digital brand systems.

Consumer packaging, product lines, point-of-sale, displays and high-volume retail applications.
National advertising, catalogs, circulars, collateral and information-rich layouts built for real audiences and business needs.
Logos, visual identities, campaign systems, websites and digital experiences designed to stay consistent across channels.
An Art Director who understands the whole system—and how it actually gets made.
I started in graphic design and spent the next two decades expanding that foundation through art direction, brand development, packaging, retail, digital, motion and production. The disciplines changed. The job stayed the same: turn an idea into a clear visual system and carry it through execution without losing what made the idea work.
That range lets me move comfortably between concept and craft—leading creative direction, collaborating with stakeholders and specialists, and staying close enough to the work to protect quality across every customer touchpoint.
My strongest work sits where brand thinking, visual design and execution meet. I can see the complete system, understand the production realities behind it, and help teams turn strategy into work that is coherent, useful and built to last.
Identity, packaging, campaigns, print, retail, digital and visual standards developed as connected systems rather than isolated deliverables.
Story development, directing, photography, video, editing and motion—used to extend a brand idea into experiences that move, communicate and connect.
Experience managing design teams, directing production crews, supporting national retail programs and building repeatable creative workflows across channels.
AI is part of the workflow, not the identity. I use traditional production, digital tools and AI-assisted methods where they improve the work—but art direction, judgment and the strength of the idea come first.

If you’re building a team, evolving a brand or looking for someone who can connect strategy to the work itself, I’d be glad to talk.
